We have reserved the Chestnut Spring Pavilion on 94 Timber Camp Dr. This is a well ventilated, covered pavilion that will allow for reasonable distancing of a good size group (we usually get around 30 or less). Since everything has been so up in the air this year, we do not yet know what we will have in terms of music.
The fee will include all the food and supplies, which will include a variety of grilled entrees like steak, shrimp, sausages, appetizers, sides, and desserts. Gluten free and vegetarian diets will be accommodated. In order to maintain sanitation, ALL DRINKS WILL BE BYOB (bring cooler if needed).
As usual, participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. A variety of activities such as hikes, bike rides, breweries/wineries will be organized. Activities may vary depending on weather and what is open at the time.
There will be a focus on safety. Food will be prepared and served using appropriate sanitary practices. Guests must self-assess their health prior to attending. Guest will be expected to wash hands, wear disposable plastic gloves when touching serving utensils, and use hand sanitizer.
Guests who cancel due to Covid diagnosis or known exposure will receive a full refund, even at last minute.
